We are growing again! PracticeForces is seeking a full-time Senior Medical Billing Specialist to work insurance collections in our new Clearwater, Florida office.
Office-based, this position works directly with insurance companies and clients to assist with billing issues.
Specific job duties include:
- Resolving A/R issues specifically with insurance companies and Medicare
- Training the teams and overseeing their work
- Experience working with offshore teams is a plus
Requirements:
- 5+ years of medical coding/billing experience
- Certified Professional Coder
Preferred:
- Experience in the following software: AdvancedMD, EClinical Works, Allegiance MD, Microsoft Office, Med Informatics RIS
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking and writing skills

- Handle Coding, account management
- Resolving A/R issues specifically with insurance companies and Medicare
- Client communication
- Experience working with offshore teams is a plus
Requirements:
- 2+ years of medical coding/billing experience
- Certified Professional Coder
Preferred:
- Experience in the following software: AdvancedMD, EClinical Works, Microsoft Office, Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking and writing skills
