Meet the Team

Parul Garg – CEO and Co-Founder PracticeForces

Parul is the CEO and co-founder of PracticeForces, a strategic medical billing service based in Tampa Bay, Florida. She is responsible for delivering superior year-over-year revenue results for all our clients.
Since the inception of the company in 2003, Parul has had a hands-on approach to the operational side of the business, managing the entire medical billing process through a team of experienced billers and coders in the U.S. Parul holds an bachelorette in Computer Science and an MBA degree Human Resources. She is an AAPC-Certified Coder, and has held positions as a board member at the local AAPC chapter. Her calm and steely personality, coupled with her knowledge of medical billing, is a key reason why many medical practices entrust their revenue cycle management to PracticeForces. Parul’s enthusiasm for medical billing has helped grow the revenues of over 1,000 U.S. medical practices.
As a female entrepreneur, Parul is passionate about encouraging other women entrepreneurs, especially in the field of healthcare. Statistics show that women physicians are much less likely to be practice owners. According to a 2018 AMA survey, 52% of medical practices were owned by male physicians and only 34% by female physicians. PracticeForces is proud to be associated with many determined female physicians who have chosen the path of healthcare entrepreneurship.
