Meet the Team
Kunal Jain – Founder, CEO PracticeForces
Kunal is a serial entrepreneur, business mentor, global investor, philanthropist, published author, and the founder of PracticeForces. He moved to the U.S. in 2003, five years after having completed an MBA program in India. He followed that up with an MS degree in entrepreneurship from the University of South Florida. In 2015, Kunal attended an executive program in Global Healthcare Innovation at Harvard, where he got an opportunity to learn of diverse healthcare systems across the globe. He is passionate about healthcare entrepreneurship and the use of technology to help physician practices improve both revenues and the patient experience. Apart from entrepreneurship, Kunal is passionate about driving altruistic initiatives through his non-profit organization in India called “Son of India.”
Parul Garg – Cofounder PracticeForces, Vice President Revenue Cycle Management
Parul joined the company in 2004 as a cofounder of PracticeForces. As the head of revenue cycle management and an AAPC certified coder, Parul oversees the operational aspect of the business. She heads the PracticeForces team of certified medical billers and coders, based out of both the U.S. and India. Her calm and steely personality, coupled with her operational acumen, is a key reason so many physician practices entrust their medical billing to PracticeForces.
Darin George – Vice President Sales and Business Development
Darin joined the PracticeForces team in 2016 and has an experience of over two decades in the medical industry. Darin is the face of the company for clients new to PracticeForces.
Holly Vogt – Billing and Coding Manager
Holly has worked with PracticeForces for over four years, and currently handles the billing and coding team at our Florida office. She is an AAPC certified professional coder, and a certified physician practice manager (CPPM).
Carmel Boswell – Credentialing Manager
Carmel is a HIPAA certified credentialing manager. She is our liaison manager with Medicare and Medicaid, who coordinates every aspect of credentialing for new clients, including CAQH and I-Stream set-up, insurance rate negotiations and contract revalidation.
In the year 2003, Kunal worked as a consultant to a medical practice group of over fifty-six doctors in Pinellas County, Florida. Sensing an opportunity, he pitched the idea of outsourcing billing and collections to the head of the group practice. A section of the doctors became our first clients and PracticeForces was born.
Fast forward to 2020 – PracticeForces has evolved from a local consulting firm to a U.S. medical billing company that has served over four hundred providers (including MSO and billing companies) across seventeen states.
