Parul Garg – Visionary Healthcare Leader, Entrepreneur & Advocate
Parul Garg is the dynamic CEO and Co-Founder of PracticeForces, a nationally acclaimed medical billing and revenue cycle management company based in Tampa Bay, Florida. She is also the Founder of Isys Softech Pvt Ltd, a thriving BPO and healthcare services company headquartered in India. With over 23 years of experience in healthcare business leadership, Parul has consistently delivered superior year-over-year revenue results for thousands of medical practices across the United States.
Her entrepreneurial journey began in 2003 when she arrived in the U.S. with a dream and a powerful vision. Fueled by resilience, grit, and a deep desire to contribute meaningfully to the American healthcare system, Parul founded the billing division of PracticeForces in 2004. Since then, she has remained deeply involved in every aspect of the business, leading a skilled team of certified billers and coders and expanding the company’s reach to over 2,000 medical practices nationwide. Parul holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, an MBA in Human Resources, and has completed an Executive Course in Global Healthcare Innovation at Harvard Business School.
She is an AAPC-Certified Coder, a board member of the local AAPC chapter, and an active contributor to the Healthcare Business Management Association (HBMA), where she serves on the Commercial Payor Relations Committee, helping shape industry-wide improvements in revenue cycle management.

Vice President of Client Relations
Introducing Holly, the powerhouse Vice President of Client Relations at PracticeForces. Holly is a certified expert with CPC, CPPM, and CCAT certifications, bringing extensive knowledge in coding and practice management. With a solid education from Tampa College and over 35 years of experience in healthcare finance, from solo practices to hospitals. Holly is trusted for her unwavering determination in dealing with insurance companies. Her passion lies in revolutionizing processes to enhance our clients’ revenues. With nearly a decade of invaluable contributions to PracticeForces, Holly remains the driving force behind our entire billing team. No one quite understands medical coding and billing like Holly!
Kay
Business Development & Partnerships
Kay brings relentless tenacity, strategic insight and a warm, people-first approach to healthcare Practice development. She truly believes that Provider success is essential to a thriving community. Kay isn’t chasing short-
term growth—she building sustainable success. Because she works across all EHRs, Kay focuses on solving unique Practice business challenges.
Her ultimate goal is to streamline your business operations so you can focus on what matters most: delivering an exceptional Patient experience.
Outside the office, Kay is a passionate community leader who dedicates her time to mentorship for middle school students. She is also an animal lover who opens her heart and home to rescuing and fostering pets.
Ankit
Director, Revenue Cycle Operations & Client Services
Ankit earned his Finance MBA in 2004 and began his career in banking, spending a decade delivering customized financial solutions and exceptional client service. In 2014, he joined PracticeForces offshore operations team and played a pivotal role in scaling the organization from 150 to nearly 370 employees. Recognized for his people-first leadership style, Ankit has successfully retained and mentored numerous team members for more than a decade.
In 2019, Ankit relocated to our headquarters, where he assumed broader leadership responsibilities across revenue cycle operations, client onboarding, IT, accounting and employee services.
Outside of work, Ankit enjoys community service, watching cricket & soccer. He & his wife are proud parents of 2 children.
Maria
Credentialing Specialist
Maria began her healthcare credentialing career in Puerto Rico in 2009, building a strong foundation with one of the island’s largest healthcare organizations. After relocating to the Tampa area in 2015, she joined Practice Forces to expand her expertise while supporting a diverse range of medical practices. Dedicated to continuous learning, Maria stays ahead of shifting industry standards to deliver exceptional client service throughout the enrollment process.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in nature, relaxing at the beach, and attending live concerts and art events.
Divya
Coding Specialist
Divya holds a Masters in Computer Applications and brings a remarkably diverse background to our Team, combining valuable experience in hospital IT administrative support with the adaptable skills of a substitute teacher. After successfully earning her CPC certification in 2024, she officially joined PracticeForces in early 2025. Highly proficient across numerous EHR platforms, Divya is deeply committed to continuous learning, clinical coding accuracy, and operational
efficiency.
Beyond her professional dedication, she is the proud mother of two and advocates strongly for work life harmony. In her free time, she cherishes moments with family and friends or enjoys vibrant hobbies like travel, dance, music, painting, cooking, and watching cricket.
Tammy
Billing Specialist
Introducing Tammy, Billing Specialist. A dedicated member of the PracticeForces team for the past 3.5 years, brings a great amount of experience to her role in patient billing. Originally from Arizona, Tammy relocated to Pinellas County over 40 years ago and has since become an integral part of the community. In her current position, she expertly manages patient inquiries related to insurance and account balances, consistently working towards swift and professional resolutions. Beyond her professional achievements, Tammy cherishes her time spent with her daughters and grandchildren, reflecting her commitment to both her career and family.
Michael
Billing Specialist
Michael launched his medical billing career in Philadelphia during the early 1990s, building a robust foundation in healthcare administration. He later expanded his expertise in Baltimore throughout the early 2000s before relocating to the Clearwater area in 2015.
On our Team, Michael is known for his exceptional
tenacity in navigating complex insurance claims and resolving intricate billing discrepancies. He pairs this problem-solving drive with a deeply compassionate, helpful approach that ensures our Patients always feel supported during phone inquiries. Outside the office, Michael enjoys weightlifting, cheering on his favorite Philadelphia sports teams, and regularly attending live music concerts.
Victoria
Billing Specialist
Victoria discovered her passion for healthcare at age 19, beginning her journey as a dedicated caregiver. For 5 years, she served as an On-Call Supervisor at an assisted living facility, specializing in complex Dementia and Alzheimer’s care. Driven to expand her medical expertise, Victoria earned her certification as a Medical Billing and Coding Specialist in November 2025. She is now pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Allied Health, earning recognition on the academic President’s List.
Outside of work, Victoria and her husband love creating memories with their two young children through hiking, traveling, camping, and visiting museums.
